You can easily link your company's WA from your website, to prompt all interested applicants to use WA so you will have all candidates in one place. Go to your Company page, click the orange Share company button in the upper right corner and copy the link. Now you can paste it wherever you want, for example under a Career page on your website.
Here are a couple of examples of how you can integrate your WA with your website. The buttons shown link directly to their company WA, where potential applicants can see their information and listings, and are prompted to log in or sign up to WA to connect with the company.
