Links for meeting invitations

Depending on your preference for online meeting tool, here is how you can add a video link to your interview invite on WA.works:

Microsoft Teams

You have to create a meeting in Microsoft Teams to generate a video link. However, the links doesn't expire when the meeting date has passed, so you can use the same link multiple times.

1. Go to the calendar in Teams
2. Click Møt nå, choose a meeting title and click Få en kobling for å dele
      
3. Copy link
   
4. Add link to invite in WA.works
   
5. Click Send to send the invite to both you and the candidate's inbox and calendar
6. To start the meeting, click the link. The candidate can join in browser or download the Teams app and will wait in a digital lobby for you to let them in to the meeting.

Google Meet

You could create an event to generate a video link, but you don't have to with Google Meet. And like with Teams, links don't expire and you can use them over and over again.

1. Go to https://meet.google.com/
2. Make sure you're logged in for the next steps
3. Click Nytt møte and Opprett et møte som skal starte senere
4. Mark and copy meeting link.
   
5. Add link to invite in WA.works
   
6. Click Send to send the invite to both you and the candidate's inbox and calendar
7. To start the meeting, click the link. The candidate joins through their browser and will wait in a digital lobby for you to let them in to the meeting.
